I was poking around geekchefkitchen.com for some kitchen stuff, nothing too specific, and overall it was fine. The products weren’t hard to find and the site loaded okay for the most part, but on my phone the menus felt kind of all over the place. A couple pages were slower than I expected, and I ended up hitting back a few times to get where I meant to go. Not a bad experience, just not super smooth either. I’d give it 3 stars for now

I tried to return it and got nowhere fast. The whole return process was way more frustrating than it needed to be, and now I’m kicking myself because I really wish I had read the reviews before buying.

I got a Geek Chef toaster oven a few months back, and it’s been okay overall. It heats up quickly and does what I need it to do, but the tray just feels kind of flimsy, and the knob is already starting to feel a little loose.

For the price, it’s not a bad buy, but I just thought it would feel a bit sturdier. It’s fine for basic use, but not something I’d get super excited about or recommend too strongly.

I’ve had my Geek Chef appliance for a few months now, and it’s been simple to keep clean. Most of the parts wipe down really fast, which I appreciate sooo much after cooking. There are a few little corners that take a bit more time to get into, but it’s not a huge deal or anything. Maintenance has been easy so far too. I’d give it 4 stars since I do wish it was a liiittle easier to reach inside.

I ended up backing out when I got to checkout because the payment page just didnt feel that safe to me. I couldnt really find clear security info, and I wasnt comfortable entering my card details there. Maybe its totally fine, but I didnt want to take the chance.

The shipping was so fast it caught me off guard. I was expecting to wait a few more days, so now I’m kind of expecting an apology for making me think it would take longer than it actually did.

I got my order from geekchefkitchen.com everything was exactly what I chose. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, nothing to complain about at all. It’s almost shocking how smoothly it went. Happy with the whole thing

Am I missing something here? The website just feels kind of messy and old to me. The pages are cluttered, the colors don’t really seem to go together, and overall it gives off a cheap-looking vibe

I wanted to like it, but it’s just way too loud for my kitchen. Compared to my old one, this thing sounds like it’s about to wake up the whole house. I can’t really use it in the mornings without feeling like I’m disturbing everyone.

I’m happy with it. My quick mental shortcut is usually, “Did it do what I needed without annoying me?” and this passed that test. No major issues so far, so overall I’d say it’s been a solid buy.
